I can't receive any calls

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes
to help you find a solution to your problem.

Select a longer delay for the call divert.

1. Slide two fingers down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.Tap SETTINGS.

2. Tap Call.

3. Tap Call forwarding.

4. The current settings will be displayed.

5. Tap one of the following options:Always forward

6. Forward when busy

7. Forward when unanswered

8. Forward when unreachable

9. Key in +61411000321 If you selected Forward when unanswered in step 2, you need to select for how long you want your mobile phone to ring before the call is diverted:

10. Tap the drop down list below "DELAY".

12. Tap ENABLE.

13. Tap the home icon to return to the home screen.

Possible cause 1:

Missed calls are diverted too fast

Solution:

Select a longer delay for the call divert.

1. Find "Call forwarding"

Slide two fingers down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.
Tap SETTINGS.

Tap Call.

Tap Call forwarding.

2. Select divert type

The current settings will be displayed.

Tap one of the following options:
Always forward

Forward when busy

Forward when unanswered

Forward when unreachable

3. Divert calls to your voicemail

Key in +61411000321
If you selected Forward when unanswered in step 2, you need to select for how long you want your mobile phone to ring before the call is diverted:

Tap the drop down list below "DELAY".

Tap the required delay.

Tap ENABLE.

4. Return to the home screen

Tap the home icon to return to the home screen.
